So I wasn't sure if I should post this here (it's not skiing related because it is a snowboard...) and if not let me know... to the point. I was hitting a rail tonight at a buddies house went for a nose press on my board and scraped the tip of the rail. After the hit I looked at the base of my board and it was missing a large amount of Ptex. I'm wondering if I should Ptex it like I normally do (just using a copious amount compared to what I usually have to do) or maybe just take it in to a shop because they'll do something special for this case??? I usually p tex the small stuff on my board but this is pretty next level. I'm assuming some of you have also experienced this and know what the best call is. Thanks a lot.
And yes it is a snowboard and the best solution would be to throw it out because "snowboarding is gay"... but I could really use some help right now thanks again NS
