Thread Titles Are Blue Links?

Why did this happen all of a sudden? Every thread title is a blue clicky now instead of just regular black.

It depeends on the last time you log out. If you click Logout, then log immeidately back in all the threads are Blue. New threads, and threads with new replies will be shown in black to indicate they are new since your last logout.
Not the most useful feature, really, it's just always been like that.
