Marker Duke Toe Piece Loose Wiggle

Hey guys I have an older pair of marker duke's on my 2010 katana's. The toe piece has a little bit of play. It pretty much looks just like this video I found:

They don't move at all when I am clicked in though. Is this something I should be worried about?
Is there any way to fix it? Or should I try to get them warrantied? Of course I don't have my receipt or anything and they are several years old.. I wanna say 2010.

I've had dukes, barons, and some other marker binding and they've all wiggled like that, sometimes even clicked in. Then again, my boots are shot and look like elf shoes so...

No issues with them while skiing though? I'm hoping it's a good sign that the wiggle stops once I am clicked in

This happened to mine too...

As to them functioning, I had no problems. rode them for a while before i replaced them.

No, none whatsoever (related to the wiggle in the toe anyways...). When I click in, I always stomp my foot and slap my tail hard on the ground to make sure I'm not going to come out. When I do those things, I can feel the slight (and hear a little I feel like?) travel in the toe, but when I'm carving, edging, jumping, etc. I've never noticed any control issues, nor have I had any phantom early, weird pre-releases.

But, again, my boots are totally fucking shot, so I'm not sure if some of the toe wiggle is related to my worn out boot toe.

Okay awesome. Just looking for a little peace of mind.. (Picked these up used for a pretty good deal) Thanks for the input, it sounds like its a pretty normal thing and that they should ski just fine.
