Replying to Nordica The Ace 1 Star Boots Reviews and Help! +K

So I've been on a journey looking for a new pair of ski boots for a long time now. I just recently got an offer for some brand new Nordica The Ace 1 Stars and I might close the deal. Now before I do I wanted to hear from NS about them and if they're worth the money. I'm 5'11 about 150 pounds and I'm a intermediate level park skier. Just looking for a good boot that will be great for me to progress in the park with but still can hold really well all over the mountain and in any conditions. I'm currently riding on some old Line/Raichle ski boots also if that matters at all. +K for help and any information!
