Sometimes it will feel like I am looking out of my eyes like they are windows, this may be accompanied by some light headiness. Sometimes my vision switches randomly, but most of the time I do it myself by looking at my hands, or thinking of my own mortality and relative insignificance. I can't switch back into normal vision, this happens after a while, and like falling asleep I can't pinpoint when, I just will be aware that I have returned to normal.

I thought I might have some sort of brain tumor but I feel to good, knock on wood. Puzzling actually, it has occurred since I was young.

I have really bad migraines and my vision goes all trippy if thats what you mean

I dont get your physical symptoms, but I did envision my death and my significance as a child. The visions resurfaced when I began meditating with weed. They have also resurfaced in my depression but the visions were more powerful and darker.
I have dealt with the issue since.
