My feet hurt

went skiin for the first time today.. pretty cool i guess...
but whenever I lean left my right inside calf hurts like shit, I tried loosening the buckles and it didn't do anything. also I got a blister on the left foot, to the left of the heel. should I go get my liner molded?

You should keep you buckles tighter if anything, it sounds like your feet are moving around in your boots, or make sure your socks are on right. I'd also guess the soreness is just because you've never used your muscles like that before

Molding alone might not help as it seems that your foot is not secured in the boot. Do you have footbeds and is the boot the right size for you?

Molding alone will do very little all it does is speed up the bedding in process. It actually sounds like you have movement in the boot. I'm guessing you have no footbeds and it may be this that is causing the loose feel. A footbed helps support your foot in an optimal position and can make the boot feel more secure all over.

Should i just get footbeds online or go to a shop

You can't get them online. A footbed has to be molded to your foot and then stabilised and shaped to fit. Try to find out who is good for boots around you.
