Replying to Official Pain Inquiry Thread

I don't want to be another one of those people flooding the forums with pain inquiry's, but I do have an injury that is really bugging me, I also thought I should make an official thread so we can all have an area to discuss issues relating to injury and figure out with each other how to fix it.

To the right of the tibia near the bottom of where my mcl attatches I have a sharp pain whenever I touch it. I do pronate inwards so walking on it is also very hard. It hasn't gone away for 6 months. Has anyone had an issue like this?
