Post not showing immediately

When I created a thread and when I have been posting tonight my reply does not bump the thread to the top of the page immediately(for me). I have to refresh 5-6 times before I see the thread at the top of the list. Did it on my phone, iPad, and PC. Any idea on cause?

I noticed that last night as well and it just happened to me again, somethings definitely screwy.

Same. Just posted in a thread, and it didn't get bumped. i can see my post but idk if others can. also i haven't been able to type responses in the dialog box for threads. i have to compose on a sticky note then copy and paste into the type box...weirddddd

I have an idea of what's causing this.  The proper fix may be a little complicated, but I think I know a work around for now.

Ok. I've deployed a ghetto fix that should help for now.  Let me know if you notice any improvement.

It's happened later at night like after midnight PT for me that past couple nights. Happens, then goes back to normal.
