From what I can see, when you hit 180 you stopped turning your head and shoulders very briefly, just long enough for your legs to start leading the rotation. It'll help your spins a ton if you keep turning your head and pushing your shoulders around until you spot your landing. Basically, try to stay wound up.

I just learned last season. you have to keep your head and shoulders turned, looking over the shoulder you spin to. Let your upper body lead the entire rotation.

Honestly the simplest but best advice I can give is just keep doing them. Muscle memory > everything else. One you start landing them keep doing them on everything.

Make sure you're spinning level. Just find a jump you like and keep going for them.

Oh man this video just made me have a flashback to when i learned them. You are doing the exact same thing that I used to do.

You can tell you are setting it like a 180, you whip your legs around and keep you head looking at the landing. Lead with you head and shoulders!
