I'm working in Alberta, and on days off like to travel to BC to get some skiing in. Doesn't matter which resort Kicking horse, Revy, Sun Peaks, etc I try to look at where the snow is going to be, and go. For ski touring I like Rogers Pass, but am open to exploring new terrain.
Looking for other backcountry experienced riders who want to get out there safely.
Post in this thread or send me a PM to discuss.
I've got a over 10 years of backcountry experience, AST1, Wilderness first responder, ski with a spot locator, Marker AT bindings as I prefer them over dynafit set ups, medium touring speed, and strong skiing ability.
I'm living in Revy. I'm recovering from a knee injury so touring is still painful right now, but if you're in town and want to resort ride give me a shout. Otherwise i should be touring again in a couple weeks
Sorry I hadn't checked this thread in a while. I'm coming up on Days off tomorrow, Looking to go Thrus-Tuesday. Thinking Lake Louise area. This warm front is scaring me a little, I'm hoping the Apline doesn't get baked or become reactive.
