Has anyone ridden these skis or have some insight on them? I know they're a stiffer ski, but not much else.

Alpha X are strange skis, i think their specificity is all-terrain/ Stiff and 18m radius is good for piste, tip and tail rocker is good for offpiste, 95mm waist is fairly for everywhere. But i think Alpha X not great park skis.

Seems like your only experience with the skis was reading the website. Could be wrong though. I love the new platform. The rocker gives the the slightly loose feeling for bringing a spin around, but when you really engage them while skiing all mountain or something they cruise through the crud. Obviously the ski is not built with your traditional shape, so if its your first time it may take a few runs to get the feel. Overall, definitely thumbs up!

I have k2 domains right now, they're fun in the park but are a little soft and horrible off-piste. So I was looking for something that was wider with more off piste capability. Plus some more backbone would be nice
