Replying to Does Dalbello sell spare parts?

So I've had my Dalbello boots for a while and now the soles of them have started to wear down and I'm feeling really loose in my bindings even when I crank the dins up.

I can layer the worn down areas with duct tape and that works but obviously it's not ideal, so I need to buy some new sole pieces because I really can't afford new boots.

But, I have a friend that has the same bindings (Marker Squire) and he says he feels loose in his as well but his boots are totally fine, almost brand new.

So is it the bindings or the boots?
