Does Dalbello sell spare parts?

So I've had my Dalbello boots for a while and now the soles of them have started to wear down and I'm feeling really loose in my bindings even when I crank the dins up.
I can layer the worn down areas with duct tape and that works but obviously it's not ideal, so I need to buy some new sole pieces because I really can't afford new boots.
But, I have a friend that has the same bindings (Marker Squire) and he says he feels loose in his as well but his boots are totally fine, almost brand new.
So is it the bindings or the boots?
Sorry that the thread isn't worded too well I'm in a bit of a rush.

Take your shit to a shop. They can tell you which needs to be fixed and if you do need new pads on the boots they can probably order them for you

What boot do you have? If you have a boot like the rampage there is no replaceable toe which is stupid for the consumer.

Came to ask about this. Why cant you just buy them off the internet like other brands do?

Because he might have a boot that does not have replaceable grip pads and with boot companies, it is best to go to an authorized dealer and get the right spare part. Trust me, there are many many confusing things on a boot that you could order wrong mainly because the spare part catalog in this case is written by an Italian and I guarantee that things might not translate over to English properly.

What do you mean by "feels loose"? If you're falling out or staying in when you should be doing the opposite, then it's your boots. Especially if they're worn down. Are there screws on the toe/heel pieces? If so, then they are replacable. If you don't see screws, then they are not replacable.
If you post pictures of what you're referring to we can help better.
