Doesnt sound like much room for sitting and chilling, hopefully you have alcohol. Play xbox and drink.

Me and my friends play a game called odds, where one person comes up with a scenario( a dare), and the other person decides a number between 1-20, of the odds they do it(if the dare is something really gross/illegal, they'll say a high # like 20). Then theres a countdown, and the two people each say a number in the given range at the same time. If they say the same number, the person has to do the dare. Example:
----------
Bob: "Yo jim, odds that you'll go up to kate and put your balls on her forehead"

Jim:"Haha fuck that, 20"

Alex:"3..2..1.."

JimBob(at same time)" 12!12!"

Now jim has to do it, if they say different numbers then you can redirect the dare to someone else. We got my friend to commit a felony this way and its really fun, just think of random dares through the night
