So a few weeks ago, I tore my ACL and partially tore my meniscus. I am not getting surgery until May because it's my final semester of college, and I didn't want to be on crutches for the last few weeks. The point of this thread is to ask how you guys cope with stuff like this? This is my first major injury, and not being able to ski is absolutely crushing me right now. Not only can I not ski, I cant play basketball or do much other physical activity. I have been trying to channel this negativity into going to the gym, but that can only help so much. I need some sort of adrenaline rush, I am losing my mind.
TL; DR: tore ACL, need some sort of rush
