Its a website that lets you make 2 friends call eachother and you get to record it

I fucking love this thing everyone is so confused, you can also use it to make prank calls.

If someone has been pranked several times they can get on a block list, but they are removed within a week

as a public safety dispatcher I would not do this (not that anybody really was going to). For one, they track all calls as best they can. And two, you're distracting them from actual emergencies.
