I've seen in edits and movies people sliding concrete. I've seen around town some sick concrete and I was wondering if you need to wax it or hit it with lots of speed? Thanks
You honestly don't even need to wax it if you hit it fast enough. Higher speed makes friction less relevant, because the coefficient of friction of skis on concrete can easily be changed by a variable that is completely unrelated in any way, shape, or form to it.
Speed is a factor related to the act of sliding across concrete on ski's. Momentum is necessary to carry you through the slide against the drag force cause by friction.
Pep Fujas used to actually Shit on Boyd Easley's hand, then apply to concrete ledges (the infamous ledge he slides in the pink headband w/ wisdoms) .. watch the 1242 bonus section for proof.
