I remember that I was in the park and some Gaper kid was trying to 50/50 a battleship box and he tried to stop on the box by doing a pizza and he fell and all I saw was his skis fly like 9 feet in the air.

Last year at northstar saw a guy paralyze himself from the neck down. They built a jump for Chaz Guildimond to throw triples on and they opened it to the public the next day. Jump was right under the chair which was sick because people were throwing down on it. We were lapping it and just so happened to see this guy drop which was sick because everyone was killing it. He goes and instantly his legs fly above his head and he keeps his chin tucked to his chest. Over shoots and lands from about 50 feet up straight to the back of his neck. Boom done. We were on the chair and called it into ski patrol, they care flighted him out of there pretty fast.

Although i recently heard he has regained feeling in his left leg.

Where I grew up skiing there was a big jump line under the chair, saw some classic bails.

I saw a guy try to hand drag 180 over a big cable spool that was planted in the snow. He got horizontal and stayed that way, and fell ten feet to flat ice on his shoulder. His collarbone made quite the snapping noise.

at the start of december at wachusett some snowboarder got destroyed on the lip of a box. He apparently caught an edge right before it and just kept going despite having enough speed
