Camping/Outdoor websites and blogs

Hey Ns.

I've been searching for more hip, new-age camping or outdoors websites and/or blogs that are somewhat similar to NS. I know those are usually catered for an older audience, but I hope there are some of you campers out there who can help me out.

Some examples of the kind of material I'm looking for:

If you know of any other cool ones that seem interesting to follow I'd love to hear your input.

It still has a predominantly older audience but I primarily use http://www.clubtread.com. It does have a close-knit community-feel to it; people recognizing each other on the trail from previous posts is pretty common. How useful it is to you depends on where you live and whether or not you want route beta. The gear and general hiking info is helpful regardless but the area-specific stuff seems to suffer the further you get from SW British Columbia.

I've also found some cool forums focused on the PCT/ADT that are mixed between people in their twenties and older but they tend to be even more specific than ClubTread.

Any other suggestions?

Looking for more of a website that posts about various projects, products, and in general cool things going on in the outdoor industry.

My buddy and I are doing a branding campaign for a new camping company and we're looking to reach out to these websites in hope that they will post our material.

Appreciate any input.
