Hey NS,
I'm seeing and reading a lot of threads about freeskiing and the Olympics, and amongst many, there is one recurring theme that I can't get my head around. We've all got our different attitudes and approaches, but many people agree that the Olympics is a great thing because it brings awareness to our sport.
What is the benefit here? Why is it a good thing for more people to enjoy freeskiing - what's in it for us? I don't disagree with this sentiment; I love the idea of more people having fun in the park. But is that the only reason why I'm coming across this conclusion so much?
