Help, my Brand new Goggles are Fogging Like Crazy

Hey guys, so, super excitedly for the new season, I sold both my old Oakley goggles to get a brand new pair of Merrill Time Anon Comrade goggles. Of course, whenever im gonna buy some fresh gear for more than, say. $50, or that I know I will wear a lot, I do my research. And Ive heard pretty much only good things about them and I tried them on in the store and absolutely loved them! Then I took them out for my first day on the slopes and they got so unbearably foggy. They got a weird frozen fog inbetween the lens layers and Im not sure if I should try and get a new pair. Is something wrong with them? This happened every ten minutes to the extent that I would have to take them off and spit in them just to clear them for another 10 minutes. PLEASE HELP

If you have a face mask on make sure to keep your nose out or you will breath right on to the inside of your goggles. You could also try cat crap which is a rub on anti fog solution (not actual cat crap).

Take them back. You don't wanna risk trying some solution and it dosnt work and the shop won't take them back.

Well seeing as you spit inside your goggles you are now in need of a new pair. Never touch the inside of the lens. Spitting in them is for snorkel goggles.

Thanks guys, im gonna try bringing them back because I think that kind of fogging will only happen if there is some leak in the lens somewhere.

I'd look for "Cat Crap". We sell it at the ski shop I work at. You just work it on to your lenses and it stops them from fogging! Plus, you may want to pull your face mask down a little if its over your nose and mouth.. cause that could fog them up too..

since you spit in them you wiped away all the anti-fog stuff that was already on them, your gonna have to buy a solution to put on the inside of the lens now, if you return them your just screwing over the next person who buys them
