casualthis. EVERYONE that learns a 360, especially on smaller jumps when you have to really kind of pre-wind and throw them, is way more backseat than they believe. It's also why you feel like your legs just sort of give out when you set down—because your ass is behind your boots so instead of absorbing the landing in alignment and with your knees, hips, abs/lower back, all your weight from your upperbody follows your ass and you sit down or fold up.
You might be lifting your chin slightly or looking off the horizon and doing a babyish cork, or it might be that you're not sort of popping and extending off the balls or toes of your feet, and focused too much on rotating too soon.Try a straight air, and pop and attack and feel how your body is matching the trajectory, and try and imitate the same pop before you try and rotate. If you get your head around and spot, it's pretty easy to suck in and speed up the rotation if need be, so let it come around more instead of chucking it.
