This, I'm 5'10' and a L fits pretty tall, not sure if you want something that fits tall or baggy but I think a M would be just fine

Im 5'4 and wear a medium is about mid thigh and pretty baggy. Just depending on how you want the fit get a large or medium

If you are buying saga it's because you want a baggy fit. A large will be just the right amount of baggy. Don't get a medium. If you want a jacket with a regular for then buy TNF, Trew, Oakley, or something
