K2 Recoil vs Dynastar Distorter

I'll keep this short since NS has its fair share of these types of threads. I'm 6'3, 160 and need some new skis since my 176 switchblades are getting too short. I don't have a proper mountain near my home so I ski all park, mostly rails, getting more into jumps.
I can get the K2's in a 179 (really measures like 184) for 300 bucks and I can get the dynastars in a 185 for 320.
I had k2 domains a which were good save for a lot of edge cracks/burrs developing near the end of the season, seriously it was ridiculous how many. Loved the ski, easily my favorite feeling ski but I was worried about it blowing up until they got stolen. I'm nervous if the same will happen with the recoil, so really it comes down to which brand lasts longest.

My buddy mike has the k2 recoils and loveeeeees them. Can't offer insight for the dynastars but the recoil is quite the ski.

dynastars are just more hardcore and stiffer version of K2's. they are durable as fuck and on the heavier side but they last amazingly and are also sick they fucking slay

if i were you I would get the distorters becuase they have wayy more pop and to me k2's feel dead and lifeless as far as mounting, its really true center for a park skiier especiallly with rails

Alright thanks for the info! I can also get some Nordica Ace Ski's for 330 as well so I'll probably make a separatethread on those skis to figure out if they're worth considering
