FKS forward pressure screws backing out

I have a question for any FKS gurus out there.
I have a pair of FKS 120 bindings, and the forward pressure never seems to stay the same. I will tighten up the forward pressure, and then 1-2 ski days later I will have developed toe slop in at least one binding. Currently, I'm just tightening them as needed, but I feel like this is less than ideal. Any one have this problem before or know how to fix it?
Also, my pair seem to different length arms? In order to get the same amount of forward pressure. If you are familar with FKS, you will know that there are three reference bands on the bindings to help with adjusting forward pressure. I need to have one set a full band further back than the other binding just to have them set at the same forward pressure (double checking with a measuring tape.)The bars also are always hitting my boots, which is kind of annoying as its digging holes into the plastic of my boots.
All this makes less than confident in the bindings. Today I took some slams where I felt like they should've come out but didn't.... any advice?

Are you sure they are mounted to the correct size boot? Most of the time when the bars are hitting the boot it means they are at the extreme of the range. Were the bindings mounted for your current boot? The forward pressure is tricky on FKS though but it sounds more like a mount issue to me.

I took them to the shop and get the forward pressure issue sorted out. I now know where I should have the heel pieces set at. However, I still am having issues with the forward pressure backing off. Today I went skiing for about 2 hrs, and the heelpieces had both moved back about 2 mm, and I had started getting toe slop in one binding.
In all my interwebz searching on TGR and NS I can't seem to find anyone with this same problem. I don't know if I need new bindings or what....

I have the same problem with the Black/Gold FKS on my beater skis. I think it's just a problem with the arms being worn. They were super tight a couple years ago but now I can screw/un-screw them with my fingers.

just from reading the stuff above sounds like they are on there last leg. I'm no fks expert so I can't tell you if this is fixable but eventually even fks give out
