just wondering if any of you guys have torn your groin before, and how long it takes till you can ski and or ways to speed up the process of healing? +k for good answers
I think i pulled/ tore mine a week ago riding, still gotta get it checked out by the doctor though. As far as ski injuries go they dont seem too serious
Ive torn mine before, a true tear is excrutiatingly painful. I was on crutches for a week and then rehab for 3 weeks after that, it was almost 2 months before i could sprint and run on it without pain. Sounds like u just slightly pulled urs, look up stretches on youtube to help with recovery. Main thing is to not reinjure it since it will be very weak for the next few months
so two weeks ago i pulled mine in pa (blue mt) I pulled it so hard that my left nut was hurting for like a week . So after a week i told my parents it hurt and my mom went on some forum and sad it teste cancer my dad just said its pulled. So he said to rest it so all i missed was one weekend of skiing .Well i say i tkes a week and a half to two week but i depends on the person and how bad ts torn.
I have pulled mine and i will tell you its crippling. Everything you do hurts. Walking, siting up , wipeing your ass ect. I could carry on daily function but it was nagging. I assume if your tore it it would be 100x worse.
