Nerve injuries in knees/ legs

I've got Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (aka regional sympathetic dystrophy) and an injured saphros (sp?) and femoral nerve. The CRPS is a result of surgery in August (a lateral release and scar tissue removal). Anyone ever deal with any of these? I'm 5 and 1/2 months out of surgery and still in pretty serious pain. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!! Cheers!
