Not too sure who you think is judging but most are coming from the AFP judging pool. Guys like Josh Loubek have been in the sport from the beginning both as a competitor and now a judge. Check out the read below for some good info on how the judging pool is built.

I would love to see Khai Krepula and Tanner Hall be the commentators, Khai would call out all the rail tricks really well and tanner would just be there to say "THIS AINT ROLLA BLADIN"

That'd be a really sick contest format. The riders all do runs then they all vote on their favourite run by a competitor that wasn't themselves. Do 2 or 3 runs with a round of voting for each and the rider with the most cumulative votes wins.
