Horizon Ski Festival 2014, Bansko, Bulgaria (Europe)

So from the 8th – 14th of March in Bansko, Bulgaria there is reported to be a jack-off-massive 'snow festival'. Organisers boast mountain raves deep bass lines and filthy-cheap skiing: http://horizonfestival.net/

1) Has anyone gone to a previous snow festival ?

2) Is anyone going to this one ?

3) Has anyone ever been skiing in Bansko (or Bulgaria generally), what can I expect, parks? powder?
