my park skis broke last week and i am looking to get new park skis. what do you guys recommend for a skis with good flex?

what do you mean by "good" flex? Different skiers prefer different flex patterns in their skis

by good flex i mean really flexy. like a well cooked noodle.
im 5' 9 and ski in new england.
I want a ski that is nice and buttery that is around 90mm at the waist. i want them to to be fairly well rockered with not to much camber underfoot.

Also, i want them to be about 170 cm long and priced reasonably. for me reasonable is below 500$

so im trying to decide between the line chronics or the traveling circus. what is your opinion and why

I would go with the Traveling Circus.

They're $50 cheaper than the Chronics.
They're Symmetrical.
I'm not exactly sure, but I think they're more flexible than the Chronics.
The 2014 model has Ian Comptons teeth on them!
