In a prank war with some buds; Suggestions?

Me and a couple of friends are having a prank war in/out of school, and I wanted to know if anyone had any good suggestions of stuff I could do. The rules of the war are:

1.) No intentional injuries caused
2.) No schoolwork ruined
3.) You can't get direct help from anybody

Those are the only limits, so pitch me any realistic ideas of brutal pranks I can pull without causing any severe outcomes.

sorry about these rude replys OP, but heres what you should do. ask you "buds" if they would like to join you for a day of skiing. and tell them that you will pay for lunch, gas, etc. after you buy all their food and are enjoying lunch in the lodge. tell them your going to the bathroom. but, instead ski down to your car and leave without them. quickly drive to each friends house and set them on fire, also leave a poop in the mailbox. dont go back and pick them up. they will think its hilarious.

Going with super glue, get some of this stuff:

It makes superglue harden almost instantly. Put glue on chair or something, then get friend to sit down, then spray. Put glue on ski goggles, get friend to put them on, then spray. Put glue on condom, get friend to get with chick, then spray.

Set up a fake kidnapping, masks, windowless van and all. Tie them up with zip ties and such then drive around for a while, and do stupid stuff like get them cheesburgers and such. Drop them off at their houses still tied up. You will then win

roll down your buddy's car window, smash some glass and put it all over the seat, floor, etc.

your buddy will think his car got broken into, he'll drive it to a glass shop and then the glass shop will tell him his window was rolled down the whole time and probably laugh at him.

I have looked into this many times and haven't quite figured out how to do it... but:

I always thought it would be fucking hilarious if you could rig up someone's car so that every time they touched the brake pedal their horn would go off. Imagine taking corners and stop lights?

Maybe that's dumb, but I'm lol'ing at my desk right now.

something similar happened to a friend. he for some reason wondered what would happen if he put a quarter in the space behind the steering wheel, and guess what? it makes it so everytime he turns left the horn goes off... haha

Yeah it's a lot of work and you'll have to work out, shower and wait for hair to grow back but they will never be the same again.
