GoPro File Won't Play

After I plugged my GoPro in or put the SD card in the computer, all the files will play fine except for one. It says it has a file size, but it won't open with any media player and the icon is just a blank page. Is there any way to fix this or recover the file? Do you guys have any experience with this problem? Thanks!

Yeah this has happened to me a bunch it usually means your GoPro fucked up and there is no shot.

that's what i'm thinking. there's ways to fix it i know but they're way over my head
