The top buckle on my right boot snapped the other day, and now the two top buckles on my left have snapped. Kinda bummed but I've had these boots for a solid 3 years and I guess gear can't last forever. The velco strap does an alright job of keeping the boot tight, but I can feel that the heel retention has gotten worst and tbh the boots don't have a perfect fit for me (I think the shape of my foot has changed since me getting them + the liner getting packed in has caused this, they seemed to fit perfectly when I first got them). They're comfy, but I think they may be a bit too big. I know literally everyone on here says that boots are the most important piece of equipment, but do you think it's completely necessary to get new boots, or could I wait until next season?
