Ok cool, I see where you're coming from now. The book of mormon references the "great abominable church" many times. However you're splicing together two quotes that don't really correlate. The great and abominable church referenced in the book of mormon refers to satan, evil, and his followers. It's interesting that the ambiguity of that phrase has led some contemporary mormons to make the case that it refers to muslims. However, it really does not relate to any denomination, I promise.
On to the Joseph Smith quote. Here is the full quote in context.
19 I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all a; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that thoseb were all c; that: “they d to me with their lips, but their e are far from me, they teach for doctrines the f of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the g thereof.”
"Abomination" may be a bit too strong for my taste but we do believe that all churches have part of the truth and preach many good things but ultimately believe the fullness of the truth was restored to Joseph Smith.
