I need your help Dr. NS. On the first day of the season I skied a little too hard and my left inside of my knee (MCL region) started to feel kind of sketchy. It wasn't extremely painful but I didn't feel comfortable skiing on it so I stopped. Next day, no pain at all. Now whenever I ski a full day, the inside of my left knee is slightly tender to the touch at the end of the day, almost as if I bashed it into a rail or something earlier in the day and it has a bruise. It's not super painful to touch, just tender. Is this something I need to worry about? Or is it just pain from overuse? Any exercises I can do to strengthen it?
