Rossignol customer service

cracked the brake on my rossy axial2 120s, looking for a number to call to get in touch with someone at rossy. I already called the 435-252-3300 number and it said their hours are 8:30-5, but theyre not answering the phone. I've heard good things abuot their customer service but this is pretty frustrating

That's just his day job, you have to ask him how to get to chads from the base of alta to prove you are worthy.

If your local shop is a rossignol dealer then they could order the part for you. I bent my heel track and they got the part in pretty quickly.

You need to get in touch with your local Rossignol dealer. Do not try to contact Rossignol directly, as they are set up to deal with shops rather than directly with consumers.
