Replying to SkiCross Events in CO??

Alright im just looking for a little help from some of you colorado locals. Anyway im from the east coast, i raced out there for a couple of years. What i would really like to do is race some skicross out here in colorado, but my question is, it that even possible?? Are there any resorts that have SkiCross courses set up and are there any races this year that will not just have open class divisions but maybe a novice or amateur division soo i dont have to worry about bein murdered if i were to jump into the US OPEN. Aight let me know, any help would be greatly appreciated.
