That video explains it really well. First work on switching looking over your shoulders and doing slower, moderate turns. Then once you get comfortable, pick 1 shoulder to look over and start learning to carve using more of just your edge. When carving, it's really important to stagger your feet as you would before, and bend your knees so you can lean into the carve more, just as you would skiing forward
Once you get it down, you'll have the time of your life. Ripping groomers switch and buttering off knuckles is the sickest thing outside the park besides pow :) It took me a good 2 seasons of practicing to really get it down well (60 days of skiing).
