Pretty smooth, I'd say you did a pretty good job.
Song was good, timing for clip ins and outs was good, filming wasn't that shaky, shots were nice, so good job there.
My only three recommendations, which I have learned through experience and critiques on here in the past, are:
Don't use so much slow motion. There's certainly a balance and appropriate amount of it that can change per song, but I think that this song didn't necessitate as much slow motion as you used. Use a majority of full speed clips.
Switch up your filming methods: fool around with tripods, sliders, longer lenses, any new approach to be more creative with your filming is a major improvement.
Use skiing audio. It's been pointed out to me that videos seem "naked" when the skiing audio is stripped from them, and it really does create a new dimensionality to your filmmaking. This seems like it necessitates a video mic, which I would strongly recommend, but if it's not in your budget, create foley audio. This just means use an iPhone and the Voice Memos app, go around for a few laps, and just record your buddies on rails, landings, takeoffs, etc. that you can use as stock sounds to layer over the footage in post. It's a lot of work but it pays off and makes it all look really good.
