Why not ask this question in regionals?
That aside, Big Sky is fun. The backcountry and slackcountry are sketchball this year and I would be very wary geting into anything steep.

The Saddle Ridge's are very decent. You'll be right above Pony Park for bullshit fun, and you can ski up Iron horse and get right over to the base. Either base actually! Since you're probably buying day passes, you'll have access to the whole mtn.
Bring your probe, beacon, shovel if you want to ski the Big Coulior. The North Summit Snowfield ripped to the ground a little bit back, so I don't think it'll be ready. They've been getting a lot more open off the peak though. Dictators, Dirtbag, Rockville, Gullies. There WILL BE ROCKS. You can mostly avoid them... mostly.
Be prepared for a wide range of temperatures and wind speeds.
Bridger always gets dumped on, not us.
I hope you like skiing trees! PM me if you need anything else.
