GIF Section

I think we should have a GIF section up top because like said in this thread (https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/mobile/forumread/id/770312/) seeing a gif named "photo of the week" does not make any sens to me... Also, it would be way easier to see what gifs are hot right now and maybe get some categories in there (fails, jumps, rails, etc.) Thoughts?
