2. dont just crop a video because it looks cool. the majority of your shots were not framed correctly for a crop, you cut off alot of body parts and when you just cut off the head or the landing it looks terrible.
editing was fine everyone has their own styles, film burns are pretty weak IMO
All the burned film transitions start to distract from the rest of the video. With effects like that you sorta have leeway to use them once, maybe twice in a video. After that it starts to take over and draw attention away from the actual subject matter. Other than that I thought it was good. Maybe invest in some sort of stabilizer, your shots will look just that much better if they are smooth!
Like special-J said, the riding wasn't on par with the production quality. I know it's not in your control, just thought I'd point it out. Also, like everyone else said, the burns were too frequent. Cut the majority of them. Nice colors though, and overall I liked it. How did you do the first title? With the text coming out of the line?
I was feeling lazy about the title, so its just a title style from fcpx. I think it's called "line (or side) reveal" On the stabilizer front, I own one but simply didnt have it on that day.
