Seriously what the fuck, im here trying to find some new gear and people are posting thousands of these want to buy threads. Seriously posting it in a new area isn't gonna change shit no one has what u want in what size u want so post it in WTB and leave everything else the fuck alone

I looked, but also had trouble finding these "thousands" of threads in S/T. Feel free to post anything that needs moved in here, or pm a mod.

Instead of complaining about the problem, be a part of the solution ;)

Right back at ya.

I used to forward a bunch of these every week, but realized it was a waste of time and I stopped, what would be really beneficial is if there was a report button on each thread, would save time for everyone once it got initially set-up.

This. A flag our something next to the score and a place to comment on why you flagged it? or just a simple option selection with categories as inappropriate, reposted repost's repost, wrong forum, etc., and an other with a small text box.

You'd be surprised at the amount of threads I move... it's definitely a lot more than the complaining I do. If I see a thread that shouldn't be where it is, I move it. Unfortunately I can't spend 24/7 scanning every forum, and neither can the mod team. That's why we give you options to pm a mod or post in the various threads. We're generally pretty good at responding and helping you out with your request.

And yes, a report button could be useful -- but what happens if the report button gets abused and every thread ends up getting flagged for stupid reasons? A lot of features members conceptualize actually take a lot more time (and a lot more challenging) to implement properly than you would assume.

Ah sorry I think you misunderstood the reflection. I meant if you did something to make the process easier rather than complaining it'd be better for everyone.

Sure people might abuse it, but I wouldn't image it'd happen a lot, and it's not exactly hard to discourage/stop altogether.
