I make a mountain of tissue paper next to the bed when I'm sick. My husband says its weird, but sick people in commercials do that, too.

I pretty much sleep in whatever top I wore in any given day. In other words when its time for bed, I just take off my pants and sleep, unless its a super dressy top or something-- but sometimes even then.

I can't sleep with mirrors visible. I cover up or take down any mirror I can see from any bed in that room. I'm getting a little better at that now, but mirrors scare the living shit out of me.

I also check behind opaque shower curtains and look out windows to make sure nothing is there.
