Looking to put up my room I have for rent. Place is in the heart of sugarhouse, super quick and easy to get on the I80 up to either PC or Cottonwoods. You would be taking over my lease which would end in June. 3 other roommates so 4 altogether.
You would have your own bathroom, bedroom. House is decent sized for sugarhouse, roommates are super chill and either ski or are good to be around ages between 21-23
Must be able to have proof of employment and references (landlord's request)
rent is 381.25 a month (1525 /4) and whatever utilities come to be (around 50 for winter, and 30 for summer).
