Base scratches

Yesterday was the first day of the season for me and my new skis , I hit a couple low spots resulting in some minor scratches in the base of one of my skis .. A few of them i can put my fingernail into and some others i cannont. Is there anything I can do to try and repair? Just hot scrape and hot wax?

if they don't fill when you wax them just ptex them
