Bought some bindings from this kid 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from him? Does anyone know him?

I bought a pair of bindings from him a year ago I think, his name was Beiberione or something at the time. He never responds to PM's or anything. Place a paypla claim, once I placed a claim my bindings "magically" appeared a day or two later...
