The two top vents are ripped in the front, so a little snow may get through if you fall, but the foam rests in the normal place. I don't notice it 97% of the time. The strap has seen it's days but has no tears and still has all that gummy shit on it that keeps it in place. The foam and plastic is all in great shape.
Both lenses have a crack about an inch long right down the middle of the inside lens. Hardly noticeable. Other than that, they both have a decent amount of your standard dings and scratches - none are significant.
Line beanie. Worn once.
