Honestly though, the ambiguity of the setup of the forward pressure of the binding makes me lean towards recommending the ease and simplicity of the sth more these days when people ask. I will never give up my FKS, but I can totally identify the benefits to a perfectly executed traditional release style binding and it may be better for you if you aren't up on the whole FKS adjustment game.
