Your view on tattoos?

Thizzle.So I have decided I want to model my tat after this, but make it Mt. Rainier in the frame and then straighten out the scroll on the bottom and have it say "Home"

Stoked to finally nail down my idea, i've been contemplating it for over a year.

Good looking tattoo. I love the traditional style. But I think you'll be best to leave the scroll at an angle.

This thread makes me want more. I only have one right now and its very small and easy to hide but I want something a little bigger.

So I went to the beach about two days ago, and I have to say I've yet to see somebody with a tattoo walk by and I say, oh that looks good. Maybe most people get shitty tats done idk, still waiting for a babe in a bikini to walk by, and for me to say damn, that tat of lips of her ass is sexy.

Tattoos don't have to look good. They can be meaningful. Or the other way around. They can have no meaning and just look cool

I really want to get the formula C19H14O3 for two reasons.

1. It's the chemical formula for my middle name and my Grandmother's maiden name, Aurin. She passed away last June.

2. My Grandfather (her husband), was a chemical engineer. He just passed in April.

I was very close to them and I feel like it is a simple, clever way to remember the both of them. The only thing holding me back is location. I feel like it would look really good on the underside of my wrist where a watchband typically sits, but that is a very open place to put one and I'm concerned about being able to hide it for jobs. Anyone have any experience with wrist tattoos in a corporate environment? I'm a mechanical engineer, so I'll likely be in one the rest of my life.

I do view apon tattoos sometimes.

I've wanted to get a tat of the constellation orion for years. Seriously years. I've sketched out hundreds of designs, but they always look hokey. I have a ton of freckles, so I can't just do dots. Stars are too girly. if I connect the dots it just looks like a 5-year-old's stick figure.

This is the closest I've found to anything remotely good looking and I don't like it enough to have it permanently on my body.

I met a kid at college who had the THC molecule on his upper right chest. Weird tattoo but the way he explained it was that is was basically a pot leaf but way less trashy and you had to be a real stoner to understand it.


I was like bro I've been smoking since I was 13 and I don't know what the fucking THC molecule looks like but word.

Also funny story I was at the gas station with him once and we saw a guy with a molecule tat on his neck and he stopped and asked him about it and it was the THC molecule as well! Pretty crazy coincidence.

I have a tattoo on my outer forearm, just above the wrist. Not easy to hide. I'm going to PA school but I intern for a orthopedic surgeon and he basically said this to me "after going through schooling and learning how to be a PA, do you think someone is going to say that you aren't fit to take care of someone because you have ink in your skin?" But I do know that the corporate world tends to be more strict about it
